Edition One Collection

These Terms & Conditions apply to all pre-orders placed for the PENT. Audio Edition One Collection. By submitting a pre-order, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Scope of Pre-Order

1.1. Pre-orders provide customers with the opportunity to reserve products from the Edition One Collection before general release.
1.2. Pre-order benefits, such as preferential pricing or promotional advantages, are conditional upon acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

2. Product Adjustments

2.1. PENT. Audio reserves the right to introduce minor design or technical adjustments prior to final production and delivery.
2.2. Final delivered products may therefore differ slightly in form, finish, or specifications from those shown during the pre-order phase.
2.3. Such adjustments cannot be considered grounds for cancellation, return, or claims for compensation, provided that the overall functionality, performance, and premium quality of the product remain intact.

3. Visual Materials

3.1. Images, visualizations, and interior arrangements presented on the website are high-quality 3D renderings and photographs intended to represent the product as faithfully as possible.
3.2. Rendering techniques, photography, lighting, and screen resolution may affect the perception of colors, materials, and textures.

4. Handcrafted Natural Materials

4.1. PENT. Audio products are handcrafted using natural materials such as wood and leather.
4.2. Variations in color, structure, or grain are natural characteristics of these materials and are considered desirable features of authentic, hand-finished craftsmanship.
4.3. Such natural variations cannot constitute grounds for complaint, cancellation, or return.

5. Agreement to Terms

5.1. By completing a pre-order, the customer accepts these Terms & Conditions and acknowledges that:

• a) The pre-order offer includes promotional advantages (e.g., reduced pricing).
• b) Minor design or technical adjustments may occur.
• c) Natural variations in handcrafted materials are expected and part of the uniqueness of each product.

6. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by applicable consumer protection and commercial law within the jurisdiction of PENT. Audio’s registered headquarters.
